A heartfelt message.
Make a list of what makes you proud of your student, a particularly strong memory, or a few words to describe your student. If you go from there, you'll have a beautiful message for your ad.
A good rule of thumb is no more than four to six sentences. The more you write, the more difficult it will be to fit with your student's images.
You should include as many as you feel compelled to, but no more than 8-12 in a full-page tribute, 4 in a ½ page, 2 in a ¼ page if you want them to be visible and impactful. Our favorite ads have only one or two meaningful photos.
If you only have hard copy prints, we highly recommend that you scan those images (or have a professional scan them for you, at FedEx Office, for example). If having a professional scan them does not work for you, you may mail your materials to us for scanning. (If you provide an appropriately sized, self-addressed, stamped envelope, your materials will be returned to you when the book is completed.)

You will only receive a proof if we create your ad for you. If you submit a camera-ready ad, you will not receive a proof from us. What you sent us is exactly what we will print. Be aware that all ads will be fit to within the margins of the yearbook (there are no ads that bleed off the page). This may make your ad appear smaller than you expected. Please use the size specifications for your student's yearbook.
We will accept nearly any file type. We prefer working with .psd, .jpg or .png files. We are happy to take PDFs. Please do not send images in Word documents. We need the original image files before you place them in Word.
We'll accept any file name - thank you! If you would like to rename it, our preference is FirstName_LastName_AdSize
Both payment and your artwork are due no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on DECEMBER 8, 2021. No submissions will be accepted after this time. We must finalize the page count to the publisher so we must know exactly how many pages we have by then.
